Hi, I'm Bianca, the founder of Timeless Healing Solutions and a certified narcissistic abuse recovery coach.

My journey began in college when I fell for the charming love bombing of a narcissist while waiting to be picked up from school. What started as a whirlwind romance turned into a nightmare. He moved in with me and my family, slowly taking control of my life dictating my clothes, friendships, and even how I wore my hair.

My world changed forever when I became a mother, and I realized I had to break free for myself and my son. The road to healing was tough, but through faith in Jesus, music, self-love, and determination, I reclaimed my life.

Today, I am passionate about helping women who have experienced the pain of narcissistic abuse. Through mentorship, coaching, Bible study sessions, speaking engagements and my Podcast, I guide women toward healing, restoration, and hope. On the podcast, I share stories, practical guidance, and interviews with survivors and experts to help listeners feel supported, empowered, and understood.
